Hi Harsh, I have an ICICI credit card and used the same for purchases two years back,post which i use to regularly pay the minimum amount however the total expenses of Rs 30,000 remains the same despite paying the minimum amount of rs 2500/- everymonth for 2yrs now I am fed up and have asked for a Settlement. The bank person from JB Nagar branch spoke to me on phone and was willing to close the card at Rs10000 for which i paid Rs 3000/- last month and he said that he will send the settlement letter in 7days post which i should pay the balance. Its almost a month I havent got the letter and another person from the branch calls up and backs-out on the complete settlement issue and is asking me to pay 30000 which I am against. Since I was told Rs 10000 and did as they asked me too. Now my problem is i dont have a written document on this all i have is a scan copy of my cheque in which i have written part payment againt settlement amount of Rs 10000/- Please Advice!
