Hi Harsha. Im using a credit card from ICICI. Till Dec 2006 there was no problem in my account & in the same month my o/s was rs. 21592, out of which i have paid Rs 8000 on 30th Dec & in Jan 2007 i have made 3 payments of Rs. 2500, 6400 & 2400. But bank has not recvd the payments of 6400 & 2400 which i have made of 5th Jan. Despite of depositing original recpts of payments, no resolution has been given to me till date. even i have taken a loan of Rs. 52000 on my card and now bank has forclosed it & now my total o/s is Rs. 81000. im regularly making a payment of Rs. 2500 against my loan amount which is genuine one. but as far as other payments are concerned, which includes all late payment charges, service tax and interest charges, I don't wanna pay it, Coz i have already cleared my o/s in Jan 2007. Plz suggest what should i do in this case and what will happen if i'll not make any payment which is not genuine
