hi, i have gone for a balance transfer DD of rs.20,000 from SBI credit card to ABN AMRO bank on 10-10-2006.
now the issue is the same DD is not reflecting in my ABN AMRO bank. after many rounds of calls and emails with both these banks, i have recd a clearance certificate from SBI saying the DD got cleared and ABN AMRO denying the same.
Even after sending this clearance ceritificate, ABN AMRO is saying they have not recd this payment. ABN AMRO has even issued a letter saying they have not recd the payment.
and both these banks are showing the amount as pending from my side and they are charging interest too.
as of now, i have stopped paying both these banks. How should i proceed further ? can anyone give me a contact email or telephone number of some TV news agency to report this issue as this issue is pending from last 1 year approximatley
