Better, if they resign. At least we would get some efficient staffs. After travelling by all domeastic airlines almost, I've no hesitation to say that Indian (AirLines) is the worst service provider.

they would replace those who resigned with equally inefficient staff. There is no reason to believe that the replacements would be more efficient.
