However in last few years ,there is marked Degradation in the Customer Care .This clearly shows that ICICI has reached its Peak .This is Fuelling Arrogance,Strong Red Tapism in Providing Information to Emplyoees and repealing Small Scale and middle class Customers.May be today they have changed their focus and are happy in attracting only Rich and providing Super Services. Mr KV Kamath should know that Market base in India is shifting and Customers are having 10times better choices and its Customer Base are Dwindling.It is only because of Arrogance of service Providers .
