Opportunities are more now with finacing much easier, once credentials are established. The young should always think positively and seize the opportunities as they come. Many are unhappy working for others. Rather than cribing, they should follow up with solid action. People who jump to criticise would also appreciate that it is not easy to set up an outfit that can survive, let alone build something like HCL, Infosys etc.
People like Nadar had a vision and and went about with passion. These stories should inspire the young that hard work and team spirit are the backbone of success.
