It is good to know that age is no issue . That is great. I hope they will also move away from the IIT/IIM phobis and start treating people equally based on skill sets.
But the sad truth is that seniors are forced to return to workforce due to rising cost -- instead of resting and enjoying their retired life
This is not such a great news when the rising cost of living forcing retired people to hunt for a job again

i agree with u Mr.raj, first the seniors in the age bracket of 45 to 55 serving as vice presidents have to change their mentaity of giving oppurtunities rather than growing their alumini of iit's and iim's........lot of other college qualified engrs and management students do perform when task is given...but the entry to the post is shutoff by the college preference..........pragmatism has to prevail rather than certificates alone....
