It's great to know that some companies consider age as no bar for employing guys with talent. In my personal experience I have come across a number of company's who prefer to employ ex servicemen and this is agreat gesture. But still a lot needs to be done. Individuals who join the armed forces at a very young age retire from services between the age of 40 and 55 depending upon their terms of engagement and these guys have a lot of experience and talent which if channelised properly, the private sector firms will stand to gain a lot. I earnestly request all private companies especially the IT/ITES companies to welcome the ex servicemen in to thier fold with open arms.
