Age no bar in jobs
by Veeraraghavan Naidu on Jun 05, 2007 02:02 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

It is true that even though there is an age for
retirement etc., But still there are so many citizens in India who can work hard but not been given the opportunity to serve further. I can quote that the so called classified older generation as per the present age group of 20 to 35 can work sincerly and hard and with integrity
than the present generation. Now the younger age group are more interested in earning money in
short cut methods and fast. We can see in the present situation in the new private banks and the other service providers the younger generation do not stay for long service. They simply jump from one organization to other even within a span of 6 months. The employers only have to blame for this. Previously by going through the bio data if a candidate is a rolling stone they never used to appoint. Nowadays the employers do not look into this aspect.
Hence these days you will come across inexperienced and people without basic and foundation working in new private banks mobile service providers etc
