see.. i routinely threaten my service provider and the wolume goes down for some days and than again the volume of spam increases and than again i give them a dose.. the best is to get of their list of people ..

Recently an email spammer has been penalised in US--he could get an imprisonment for as long as 20 years for the same. That's the way forward. We need some law to tackle this problem.
