Sorry for your plight. I faced similar situation when I had an Airtel Connection. After threatening them of legal action, they stopped sending Spam messages. However, I did not want to continue with them and switched over to BSNL. Ever since then, I hardly receive any Spams. Why do you also not try BSNL? BTW, I am not an agent of BSNL.
