In case there is a delay or cancellation or an emergency, all of which happen frequently, then the airline just washes its hands off! So please do not take the chance of sending your loved ones by this airline on international flights. Even the planes are filthy inside! And you see even complaining and protesting the wrongs, do not bother any of the staff, as the rot goes right up to the top of the Indian government! Who will then care if you are stuck in an airport for days without food and accommodation?
