For the first time I am seeing real correction happening. All these days Rupee was devaluated so badly by situation. The fat salaries of IT people should be reduced as follows. The people who are earning-- 25 Lacs should be reduced by 20 - 30 % 20 Lacs should be reduced by 15 - 25 % 15 Lacs should be reduced by 10 - 20 % 10 Lacs should be reduced by 8 - 15 % 8 Lacs should be reduced by 6 - 12 % 5 Lacs should be reduced by 3 - 6 % This will make Real estate to come down to reality, as of now real estate prices are unrealistic. THIS BUBBLE SHOUL BLOW. Common man should be able to take his own shelter.
This will balance the availabilty of money across different sections of people. This is a possitive growth.
The correct price of Rupee would be 20 - 25 Rupees to a Dollar

Look mahesh if you aer govt employee and not getting much salary as IT People then It's your fault.Why are you interested to reduce salary instead of working hard and try to get more salary.

ALL people employed in government jobs should have their salaries reduced by 100%. they dont do any work anyway
