Many who have lived and worked in developed countries say "India will be the same under developed country for ever". This is very true if every one points finger at others and critizise all the time instead of taking raw views of reality and make small moves to mend ourselves. India is so populated and still remain under developed. This will remain the same if all Indians do not mend their attitude and begin to work with THE COUNTRY as the first priority in mind. For instance, I was extremely ashamed when I happened to use the toilet of Mumbai International Airport. It was pathetic beyond words when you compare this with developed countries(countries which were developing along with us). Lesser said about this is better! and for visitors from other countries, this exactly gives the first hand impression of how Indians treat their country!. Believe me, India will never ever be a developed and clean country if Indian attitude towards India is filthy, filthy not only surrounding us but in our minds also which is the root source of all filth. If this filth is gradually removed by stronger education for the masses from grass root levels, we have the hopes of irradicating the seemingly permanent label "dirty, sick and poverty strickened country" stuck on India by the people of the world since the time of our independence.
- Vijay Baskar here is definitely not a traitor. Instead of mis-understanding him, its better to first understand the person's positive attitude towards India in

I second what has been said by vijay baskar and Lawrence Novva; Its pathetic to see India in such shape after 60 years of Independence; how Vijay mentioned of India was/is true but I wouldnt repeat; But we can obviously change course if the nation as such has a will to; Its sad that with our democratic system it can happen only in couple of centuries to come; 2020 will surely be a dream where as 2200 might be a reality; with Economic; discipline, hygine and self respect all has to better; to my thoughts as said by lawrence things have to better from Grass Root Levels; Along with education I strongly recommend NCC to be a part of curriculum; as the AIMS defined in http://nccindia.nic.in/Aims.htm; is what we truly lack in building the nation; Had this been made mandatory when we got independence; we could have acheived a lot; there is nothing glorious about changing names of cities and places without changing India to either Bharat or Hindistan as it is better known among hum bharatiye. Is it now that we feel sorry about the names? Had we been so proud of those names it could have happened by the time of our constitution itself; Should we continue bla bla a lot can be said; But what how shall we act as individuals to make things better? I am doing my best possible as an Honest Devoted Hindustani.

Hey Vijay,

Answer this.If your mother is not good looking will you hate her. Will you abuse her in the public or instead do something to make her feel good.

When you get this answer substitute the word mother with nation in the question mentioned above.
