Highly unrelated article for indian readers. Make us more frustating with fact that it cannot happen in India. Walk in to any show room or big mall also, you will find exact opposite to what mention in article. They are having billion customers so why should they care? We are having dirtiest culture in customer service. Only way to get your things properly & ontime is to hold merchant's payments.

Dear Test,

You are too sceptic about India and Indian readers. It does not mean that if the roads are bad, you stop walking. In India, Professionalism is on steep rise, and I would say, We do employ perfect professionalism, total customer care and that too at no extra cost. We are selling Industrial Products, and I make a point that my personnels are total professional, humble, and really interested in customer. I know thousands of small size companies who can out-beat so called US/German/Japanese professionalism. All you need is receptive sense to see the professionalism.

India is a big country, and less educated, but then the professionalism is always there. Don't under-estimate the country.
