  RE:Professionalism in India

Lot of times it happens in Pune. I and couple of my friends have experienced this often. It is not just being non-responsive, but being rude too. One guy even told "if you want to buy, be here, else go". So, it is not just for you, for many in Pune. You cannot find these in the Malls or Branded stores, but in small shops owned by the "proprietor".

Which is why I am really happy that the super market chains are coming to India in a big way.

I cannot wait to see these small time arrogant b*sta*rds who think the customer is their slave vanish into oblivion.

True... Pune is one of the worst places to shop.. You find the sales gals n sales boys in groups n chatting. this is in one of the big malls .. when i pointed this to a frined of mine who works in chain of the same kind he attributed this to the monotony of standing whole day ... why give jobs to ppl who do not have service oriented mind..Next time when evr you visit a mall i pune check this ..
