It is very disappointing to say that most of the services in India is extremely pathetic when compared to the customer service standard expressed in this article. Talking about indian govt.services, lesser said, the better!. It will cost India much more than multiple generations to bring those superb 5Ds to such excellent professional status.

Dear Lawrence,
It does not mean that if the roads are bad, you stop walking. In India, Professionalism is on steep rise, and I would say, We do employ perfect professionalism, total customer care and that too at no extra cost. We are selling Industrial Products, and I make a point that my personnels are total professional, humble, and really interested in customer. I know thousands of small size companies who can out-beat so called US/German/Japanese professionalism. All you need is receptive sense to see the professionalism.
India is a big country, and less educated, but then the professionalism is always there. Don't under-estimate the country.
