its actallu HR n admin people who decides how to utilise people
they just sits in 20 dec C, n here we r working at 35-45 deg C like a dog
n we work as they decide, get paid less than them
so dear IT frnds, u are in much better conditions

they do not understand the working people are humans
not machines....
but every good has bad n vice versa .....
if u work in indian co . now then u go to any part of the world u can excelllllll
