in TCS
by p reddy on Jul 23, 2007 05:01 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

in these companies, after being in onsite for 2 years, they will quit the company. this is very rude.
Though these companies offers less competitive package, they offer good long term onsites. the employees can cash easily in onsites. Once the onsite is over, they would switch to other companies or will move on H1B leaving the project in hell. In order to fill up this gap in short term and to show up for clients, they would recruit fake guys. Again, the cycle continues.....

See for many people going onsite is something big...without understanding the consequences...
Do u know how these Indian companies exploit people by sending them onsite...
What things they face in a new Culture...
Once a person is sent to US he has to be on his own no one will come to help him...and u pay less for that...A person earning in $ has to pay in $ for his daily needs...do u think if a person from this companies will go to US and ask the shopkeeper or service provider that I am getting less package please offer me discount for that....

Onsite looks as lucrative but its a Hell to go there with these companies who will not leave a stone unturned to exploit you....

Is it not rude when TCS asks you to sign a bond of 5 lakhs rupees before sending onsite.
