Hi friends... Thanks rediff for putting this news on Ur website. I do agree with what the comments are passed by many IT guys. It is really horrible to work as a servent. The belt system in Indian company shows the mentality of cheap managment. What is the need of having red belt ...etc in private companies. We should teach them good lession by leaving the companies.Please tell to ur friends not to join these companies ever in there carrier. My friends working in wipro suffered like anything.He didnt get any perk for his performance not ever recognized at right time.

same here the effort that u put into the task assigned goes unnoticed in 90% of the cases or rather it is avoided by the managers wipro sucks.............
