If it's happening b'cos of fake resume's issue,then there is something seriously wrong with the HR policies and selection methods. But probably that may not be the major factor,it could be stress related issue or disappointment on appraisals,finally nothing much would have haapened,u will possibly find the satyam guy in infosys and infosys guy in TCS and viceversa.(career triangle) Bcos after getting some huge pay packs,they individuals have less options than target big bucks.
I agree with u, I see a lot of people who even cannot write a single software code on their own getting employed on high salaries. These people just do not add any value to these organisations. They become a liability.

Yes Mr. Manoj lalbahadur singh. I also agree with you.... Infact I have also seen so many people... who do nothing..,not able to write a single line of code on their own but enjoys life like a king... On top of all... bcoz of some buttering with PM, they even also manages for onsite as well.....

HI, I know a bunch of ASS Holes working at 3 lac per month at STMicro in NOIDA.
They are looking after their own vested interest. Thats why even STM has lost some good young talented engineers to its competition

I agree with you...thats why I say the management level position are filled with people who only have their vested interest...not bother to have proper HR policies or Hiring policies
