Of course employees tend to resign when their managers harass them when they are not taken care.

Employees when they feel they are insulted when they feel work pressure is more working on week ends or night outs

all sort of thing will make them to leave the JOB

its wrong to say that money alone makes them to leave the company

please take a employees feelings and hardship he faces before he leaves a company.

If these people make long working hours and work on saturday we can see exodus in lakhs

nice message.. yes it's true that monetary benefical is not alone reason for leaving the job. It's matter of job satisifaction and environment of work,,, etc.

More then 50% people left the job bcoz of the MANAGER only.
