Hi, I was in Wipro for lst 4 yr. and I quit Wipro not for higher salary !! I am bound to quit due to my manager and HR people response. I beleive in Wipro managers are the worst.And I would request higher management to look into that. I was in Wipro KDC,before that i was in Wipro Hyd.

appoint qualified and sensible HR ,managers, just dont apppoint smart youg good loking girls, definatly thay will spoin the party. i hope messasge is clear

Wipro is sad...and will never improve...even though i never wanted to work for an MNC,i had no option but to quit...wipro better pull its socks up,or its going down..

This is the problem with most of the companies. Every time employee leave jobs not for wages only, there are lot more issue , and HR have to play a active role.
