What pay can a person with 7 years overseas experience expect in IT.

Leave about offerings. How much do you expect???. How about your skill set. How about your soft skill. Evaluate yourself and then expect accordingly

It purely depends on you Sir...how you negotiate and your priorities....
minimum these days is 12 lacs....can go higher say upto 20 lacs
