It may also happen that a person quit TCS for low salary and joined Infosys at a higher salary. Another person quit Infosys for low salary and joined TCS at a higher salary. All 10000 are happy in these 4 companies itself ... some joining IBM, Capgemini.

Please read Annual Reports of TCS and Infosys. It shows the movement of Senior Managers both ways along with salary paid for the respective duration.

i guess you are right -they are playing musical chairs!!!!!!! TIME INDIAN COs jack up their salaries - and treat their employess with respect (not that IBM Accenture are any better - but it gives an indian co more right to be abusive - hahha)

Few weeks back I read a news saying ' only 20% qualify in lateral recruitment' in Hindu. I think something wrong .
