Brilliant peoples are changing the jobs, they dont wanted tobe sitting on one place idle, they are creative, tallanted & hardworker and some peoples are duffer, useless, lazy, brainless type of people seating in the same company, same place for more then 10 - 10 years and taking only award (like clock or few cash) after 5 years & 10 year completion. But after some time company only throw (GPL) out this type of people permanantly.

I see. Maybe Jack Welch was also lazy, having served GE for 41 years.

Snese of diretcion is missing. Professionalism is non-existant. In western countries, once you are hired as a programmer, you are supposed to deliver the code.
Here in India, the programmer thinks he's doing a favour to others, if he delivers.
Partly, because his effort gets taken up by other worthless memebers or manager.
But then , he was hired for the job.
What about the other at the same pay level , who are not contributing, but taking the share of programmers achievement?
Well. In that case te compensation should be a function of performance.
Are we talking about more contract jobs and hourly pay scales? Like in the west?
Indians are insecure about job insecurity...
Well..Something's got to be done.
Let the best man be paid good compensation.
Why would he bother about others? He has to ..peer rivalry is staunch in IT.
So..The only option..HOURLY PAY SCALES and CONTRACT ASSIGNMENTS. Of course these contract pay packets are huge..just like the ones in WEST !!
