It may also happen that a person quit TCS for low salary and joined Infosys at a higher salary. Another person quit Infosys for low salary and joined TCS at a higher salary. All 10000 are happy in these 4 companies itself ... some of them added IBM, Capgemini.

You do not know what is chance. Please read Annual Reports of TCS and Infosys. It shows the movement of Senior Managers both ways along with salary paid for the respective duration.
