If you are working in IT industries there will be many of you wanting to work in these top 4 companies.... But do you have friends working in these companies or have worked in these companies..
In TCS even if u complete your tasks assigned to you and want to leave after doing regular 8 hrs ur project manager will ask u to complete other tasks that some inefficient person cannot complete and the project manager will not let u go if u work less than 16 hrs...(That too without over time pay ment)... 1 year before TCS used to send people to US and retained their W2 Forms(equals Form 16 in India) and collected the money the the employee could recieve in tax returns and never paid his employees.... Satyam...though its a good company but a new employee will get a better pay chek and the person who want to stay longer with this company will be ignored at appraisal time...so Attiration is considered rewarding and staying there is negetive. (This thing is valid for almost all IT company).
Wipro- I dont want to comment...bc I dont have any friends there...MAYBE any one of you could share his experience...
But not a single Indian company is employee friendly they only see how much money they can get Exploit the people who works hard...Rewards the people who changes job frequently...
One thing I do appreciate about TCS is they have fixed Salary pattern so if u want to join that company they will not break u for higher salary...thats nice policy because atleast the existing

You are on dot, in 1994 we got $2000 pm on overseas assignments. To save some money we used to hire house in outskirts (5 boys together) & travel by cheap second cars costing less than $1000

this W2 money is easy money friend, every software entrepreneur wants fukat dollars, even atos origin india did that with us though they are part of an MNC. Where there are Indians, MNC let them drive their people rather than get into dirty linen washing politics.
