Maximum of them joined infosys and TCS are not from IT or CS background. So, They just joined because of the handsome salary these IT companies are offering. After doing 1 year job, they just look some other company for good break. That's the reason...

Because biotech companies outsource the Statistical analysis job involving heave IT & number crunching along with knowledge of bio tech
