Why blame employees .... some normal engineers do a sort of MBA and after 2-3 years become HR employees and then hire from NIT and IITs !!!!!!!!!! ...wwhat do you expect all these HR walaas should be thrown out and the manager technical should be responsible for selection and then for attrition ... no HR needed at all ..

you are right HR mgrs are made easier by introduction of Bond and Service Agreement in freshers in companies these days.The employees are not cared for, appraisals are peanuts when you are in service agreement. thi is evident in tcs, infy and L&T infotech ltd.
