I dont think this is gonna work ....its tooo bold ... and as we know ...ppl will give and take bribe to get away with it ... the better solution would beto increase taxes on tobacco ... tht wht they did in texas.... they increased it by $1 a pack ,... and trust me ... i haveseen most of the ppl here quitting ...but thts the most practical wayi think to deal with this issue ...and yeh closing the industry once and all is good ...but NOT GONNA HAPPEN ...goverment just gets tooo much money from the industry ....

will never work in corrupt india and yes ban smokin in work places but step out on the streets , a big gas chamber ,ha,feel sorry for people livin in india
