Why allow smoking on roads?
by Ashok S on Jul 20, 2007 06:39 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

"People can then smoke on roads or homes, provided their wives allow them," he said!

Dr.Ramadoss, Roads are public places, aren't they?

Don't you think people who walk on the roads won't get affected by passive smoking?

I think you must also implement the ban on smoking in public places.

Whoever has awarded you the World Health Organisation Director-General's Special Award should think of this too.

We must forgive this minister for making such statements, because he has virtually not done anything for the health of this nation except making noises on irrelevant issues.
