Is it not a game of grabbing land as a cheap real estate, next to existing Mumbai? - Has anybody seen the financial numbers (revenue to the govermnet) from Maha Mumbai SEZ? - Has anybody writting crappy advise of grabbing land from farmers given any of his/her own assets for 1/1000th of its value
If SEZ is going to give us growth, there is lot of barren land available. Grabbing land next to Mumbai at dert cheap rate is no business plan but cheating..
