ICICI PHONE BANKING IS THE WORST AND DOES NOT HELP!

Banks LIke ICICI are fooling people by saying they have phone banking but the truth is in case of credit cards the phone banking is just about fooling people . The executives are even unaware about what they are doing and what they got to do.!

you r 100% right, they are not even reading your e-mail/ complent / phone and giving one "rata ratya" answer to you, its realy a bad phone banking and customer care service in ICICI Group, Now a days, all the big company employee's are behivaing like GOvt. officers i.e. reliance, IDea, Airtel etc.

Bang on target.

ICICI Bank does not even read the complaints written. Even when everything is detailed, they would ask you "Sir, what is your problem?"

And every time you call, you keep narrating the story till you remember every word by heart and nothing happens.

ICICI Bank has really become like a government bank.

Dont insult Govt banks. These MNC banks can beat them hollow in inefficiency. Not to forget - they (MNC) are innovaive cheats.
