Nashik is less than 200 km away from mumbai and pune and still the real estate cost is very less than mumbai and pune,we can find thousands of graduate and post graduate youth in nashik who can work in 50 % salary which can get in mumbai and pune.

You are absolutely right .. small companies are already setting up BPO companies here.. also Vascon with has invested 160 crore RS here. Until now land prices are very cheap here..

no doubt nashik is better placed than bellary and some small towns in andhra etc......also nashik is less costly than pune/mumbai...but pune has so so very huge youth class and fluent english speakers that many are still searching jobs....in a nutshell pune is not yet saturated...once thats covered up nashik is the next boom....

As Someone who had worked in Nashi, good luck with finding quality people there! But that was 15 years ago. Maybe it has improved
