pan card details

i want to know my pan card details because my pan no. is alloted but no card reach at my coresspondence

well even i am facing the same problem...
i have applied for the PAN card twice and have the acknowledgements for both saying "PAN card dispatched" but i still haven't received my PAN card..wonder what i should be doing now?
