Our shameless politicians are just trying to make sure that there is no difference between private and public sector. Both sectors should be full of incompetitive people.

as far private sector IT goes the number of opportunities far far exceeds the number of eligible candidates for those opportunities.. so presence/absence of reservation makes no difference since very few people actually get jobs and headcounts are never filled..
