It's still a lonway to reach

Though they recognise our degrees, they are ahead of us in Syllabus, Teaching & Assessment methods, skills and attitudes.Unless, Indian universities concentrate of using alternative teaching & Evaluation methods, signing washington accord has no meaning.

Mind your language. He is a professor and give him due respect. You may differ on his opinion, which you can express in a decent language.
