many indians have become american ceos eg. indra nooyi, vyomesh joshi because merit is encouraged there.
here u have to be the owner of the company or son-in-law of the owner to top the corporate ladder

everything is same - politicians installing their children, movie stars promoting their children, businessmen appointing their children etc.
whenever a family heirarchy develops it shows merit is decreasing.
ps: george bush father/son is a rare occurance in USA.

educational system is also not merit oriented. when USA has 70% of the top universities and sucks up all the best brains including einstein, how can they be matched in R & D ?

no doubt narayanamurthy is grooming his son to tep into his shoes in due course, laxmi mittals father was a businessman and he took over his fathers business, which failed, then he started the steel business, now his son is 2nd in command of arcelor-mittal !

you dont have to lick russian or american boots if you encourage merit instead of mediocrity.
how come german & japan with zero natural resources are so advanced ? because they encourage merit which leads to superior R & D and innovation and thus their products are in greatest demand worldwide.

There is no distinction in Tax what US citizen pays and what a non-immigrant worker pays. Infact it is less than what is charged in India by dumb finance minister Chidambaram. Also over all tax is way less than India so non-immigrants end up saving a lot even from the "peanuts".

you can contribute to decreasing global warming by stopping use of computers, electronics & electrical items, walking instead of travelling by car & aeroplane and eating raw food instead of cooked.
