Cost of education, Visa aquiring charge, protection of individual till that person grows (Army, Police, pulbic health...etc) of Indias. Benefit, to the US. What a love of Mother Contry. US, get people with high qalification, and thier visa charges for free, simply by saying that they are the best country in the world. (Third world contry fools take it as the greatest honor to do slave work in US rather than improving mother countries - Then they will call themselves Proud Indians.)Joy

its not merit is encouraged but real thing is 1$=40rs today..that difference makes people go there so even if they save 1000$ per month its almost salary in india......

why 1$ = Rs.40 is because their economy is much stronger, and why their economy is stronger is because of R & D and innovation, and why R & D and innovation is advanced is because of.....MERIT !!!

Economy is not only on R & D but on all other factors like farm produce,industrial produce,etc...if 1$= 40 rs only on merit can you give explaination for Arab countries who milking money due to their oil advantage...

if you look at history you will get to know why economy is strong as usa is located far from europe and asia it was not part of second world war so as all other countries suffer from ar they were out and safe so they can improve on what was built all in other world started from scratch.....if you see statistics 70% of american institutes not look for merit but they take people from other countries for fees not for merit ......so most of people who dont get admission here and have money study there...
