It is market economy!!!

Everyone who approaches these fraud companies make an informed decision. H1-B bodyshoppers have seen a business opportunity and they are just benefiting in current situation. No one forces these aspirants to apply thru these bodyshoppers.

On other hand, I agree that enire bodyshopping market in US is mostly fraud. People just change resume based on skills in demand. Everyone is forced to show last 5 years in US (even if s/he has landed in US day before); just clear the interview and then give fake references. That's the reality whether someone likes it or not.

You are 100% right. I am abt to complete my masters and I find very few jobs for entry levels. Infact every job wants experience so I know what I need to do to bag a job here in the US.

It is clear, Rediff guys who wrote this article do not have much idea on this issue.

These consulting companies, as Rediff pictures are not fraudulent. You can always find some problems in any system. Blaming the all the consultants is not right. These guys are definitely not exploiters compared to Infosys or TCS. All these big firms pay very less in US for their employees. Thats the reason, they jump out, once they are in US... to these... so called fraudulent consulting companies. Rediff should know the Truth of the industry before they publish
