Wether it is american or indian fraud agent Gov of India must flush out these companies to save innocent qualified indians from their clutches and also to save face of this country;

Indian politicans take this opportunity to get the attention... look at our present Kamal Nath.. he has NO IDEA abt the H1 visa system...
What ever happened to Arun Jaitely, wrt the totalization agreement... (totalization agreement) is about H1B holders who cannot work beyond 6 years... but have to contribute to the Social Security Taxes... yet will allow them to receive the benefits after they retire back to India.
The totalization Agreement exists between America and 16 other countries.. including Mexico..but not India.. why ???
Cos, our Mr Jaitely, who looked after this issues has received kick backs.....
