The most fraud comes from north part of India, because you will find all the taxi drivers and low level jobs have been doing by them in USA and Canada by reaching fraud.
If Canada starts investigation on their immigrants now, half of the people who came with family immigration category can be found that they came with fraud relation.
I surprised by seeing the news in local channel that one north Indian lady was bringing girls to USA by walking from Mexico.
I don%u2019t know why rediff and CNBC is worrying about jobs in USA. If H1B person couldn%u2019t find a job in USA, then he will come back.
News media should concentrate on human trafficking from India. There are lot of Indian women who are getting raped in Gulf. There are lots of problems in India such as customer services, traffic, basic needs, child education, and corruption.
And they should compare USA infrastructure & India infrastructure. For example, I have never seen a Bengal paper praising other than Kolkata city. They never compare with other citys.
Most of south Indians come to USA to do MS and not on H1B. I never saw any taxi drivers from South in New York or Toronto.

you are living in fools paradise,99 percent of this fake consultancy are run by south indians. south indians are cheat to create fake marksheets, fake financial statements . thats why chennai consultate has highest rejection in visa.

No way man. The first state in India which has the database and US consulate can check that database of Andhra students. Never think Andhra is like Bihar or UP. All Andhra student list available to US consulate from 2001. It is not possible to fake Mark list. The issue we are talking here is fake companies. This issue is about consultant companies that are faking for H1B. That may be 1 in 1000, because no job is permanent in USA and u cannot survive without skill in USA. Because H1B job is not Railway clerk job.
