I don't see it as a surprise. board any plane where more Indians tend to fly, you'll immediately get a familiar feeling of being a typical Indian Railway platform.
Unless our behavior changes its hard to climb the global prosperity ladder.

my dear friend no mud slinging on one particular region people. I have seen the same pathetic behaviour in most of our brethren. whether gujju or not.

Yes truly said, I observed when I was travelling from Mumbai to Japan via bankok, I was really surprised with the stupid behaviour our indian people were doing inside the cabin, most people were travelling to bankook.
