start thinking global:
No regionalism, no language issues, no casteism...Identify people around you on their
knowledge, merit, professionalism, couteousness...and this has to start from us - all of us....and it starts now...

give feedback to people - if they are wrong, be honest simply be upfront about it on the other hand if they are good (even if they are better than you) all you go to do is just reinforce it by appreciating it and learn from them...

this is the only way you can drive and motivate
people to work hard - if they get the worth of their efforts...I'm not expecting the government to put a sytem in place, I'm talking about changing the culture..
