If we have to make comparison with China than following critical factors needs to be consider.
- Chinese government provides electricity at very cheap rates compared to electricity rates in India. - Financial loans are available at very competitive rates. -China doesn't have democracy hence policy related decision are executed without any major obstacles and quickly.
Ultimately production cost comes down drastically.
