I salute to Ratan Tata for his spirit and enthusiasm. I saw him taking off live on TV. Business reasons apart, the thrill of flying can only be felt and not spoken...

I doubt it was flown by Tata. I think he was just sitting behind Lokheed Martin's pilot wihtout doing anything. The reporting is wrong.

He is a licensed pilot that flies his own modern Falcon 200 business jet. So after some simulator training i am sure basic F-16 flying is not a big deal.
