It seems as if government needs external agencies to tell them how things are done and kept in proper place.We are having problem of plenty everywhere now,even in this case.

Dear Manish, U missed out!! Employment generation, money circulation etc etc ... good economic activities, remember look busy take it easy!! or shall i say Keep busy!! ... I guess nobody knows.
