not true

ur observations are not true. there are many organizations, which have been family held and still dominating economically. two examples from diverse sectors--WALMART and MONSANTO. it all boils down to the professionalism. In the case of Indian organizations, professionalism is missing within family members and the best option might be to make it public and induct outside managers. Hands-off style sadly does not suit Indian managers.
