I would suggest Mr Ratan Tata to disband the Corus Unions! It is high time we show the might of Indians!

Disband corus unions? Ratan tata only bought corus not the govt of UK. Unions are protected by government laws not company laws. Your comments are generally insensitive. A workforce is naturally apprehensive about redundancies and unions try to pull all stops to prevent it from happening. India does it too. Remember when Bombay airport redevelopment was outsourced to a foreign firm? The local union threatened strikes unless GoI guaranteed that there would be no job losses. If your company is taken over by another one and lets say you are the head accountant. The other company has its head accountant and so it shows you the door. Will you react the same way as you do now? Indian companies by and large have been reluctant to sack people willy nilly. That need not hold true in future. MNCs are already doin it.
Its a business. He'll do what's in his interest.
